IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE PICKING UP A CARD
 
If you received an email stating you received a "postcard from a family member", it is NOT from us. It seems a spammer has been sending emails using our business name in an attempt to make their cards look legitimate. The telltale signs are that it refers to "a postcard from a family member/schoolfriend/partner" and the links in the email are from servers that are not "GreetingCards.com" or "BirthdayCards.com" servers (for example they will look similar to http://123.45.67.89).
 
Do not open these emails, just delete them... there is nothing to view and no way to view it. We are aware of the situation and there is no need to contact us.
