GreetingCards.com Affiliate Program * Affiliates must be 18 years of age or older.
Terms & Conditions
* The use of spam, junk, or mass mailing (or any similar activity) to promote the GreetingCards.com affiliate program is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any funds earned.
* Affiliate will earn 50% of the first year membership fee paid by visitors that become Premium members at GreetingCards.com and remain paying members for a minimum of 30 days. Commission will not be earned for customer accounts that are cancelled before this time. Commission is only earned on the first year membership fee. Account renewals or other service fees do not earn commission fees.
* Affiliates must use the correct tracking code as provided by GreetingCards.com and potential customers sent by the affiliate must have cookies active to be tracked for earnings. Potential customers sent by the affiliate will be marked by a 60 day cookie.
* Premium registration details under your affiliate account will be made available weekly, however commissions earned will be calculated monthly before payments are sent.
* Payments will be sent monthly. If the commission due in a given month is below $50, GreetingCards.com, at it's sole discretion, may choose to hold payment until such time as the amount due exceeds $50. Payments will be made via check or PayPal (if a valid paypal account was provided).
* US Residents must complete and fax a 1099 form before payments will be made. If a 1099 form has not been received, payments will still be accrued but will be held until the payment period immediately following receipt of a valid, completed form. * Any attempt to mislead, defraud, cheat, or circumvent the affiliate system may have their account terminated and all earned funds cancelled or revoked. Account termination is at the sole discretion of GreetingCards.com.
* GreetingCards.com may update these terms from time to time.
* Affiliates may cancel their account or no longer participate at any time for any reason. GreetingCards.com reserves the right to terminate an affiliate at any time for any reason.
